Me and my friend stayed in their “Vanya Reserve” room. Although it was expensive, it was well worth every penny. Something about having your own hot tub in your room in -30 degrees was surreal and very cozy. Housekeeping team did a great job as the room was spotless and they left me a little birthday gift which was a nice touch. We had room service which was wonderful and food was really good. I had a massage and Mel was outstanding. Honestly this is an outstanding spa with great service in every department I had interacted with. From the beginning till the end of our stay we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and definitely would like to come back.

I've been here a few times & enjoy the hot tubs, the grounds, and the vibe a lot. I avoid the pricey spa services & we bring our own food & cocktails. The restaurant is fine, but it feels like the food isn't necessarily made on site by a chef.

My sisters and I went on a long weekend to Sundara. We had so much fun and I felt like when I went home I was rejuvenated and ready for the world again. I can't wait to bring my daughters there this year! It is a hidden gem that not a lot of people seem to know about.

This was a hard one to rate. Services at the Spa 5 ⭐️ Our room with the private hot tub was wonderful. The customer service was sub par, we were not notified of the 20% service charge on our bill, we were not notified that we would need to request housekeeping to clean daily (Our first morning we ordered breakfast to the room at 9am and we had to call down at 6pm to have the trays removed). It was impossible to have anyone at the front desk answer any calls to replenish supplies. The dining at Nava was also just an interesting experience - the ambience was non existent for the prices paid and most patrons were in robes and the lighting felt like it was a cafeteria. All in all - they charged luxury prices but the amenities and service did not reflect those prices.
